You could easily miss this outdoor teahouse,if you do you are missing out. Update at end of this opinion . The Pavilion Gardens Cafe is an all time favorite of mine,it is situated in The Royal Pavilion Gardens and down the opposite end of the Royal Pavilion. It started out as a tea Kiosk ajoining the Pavilion in 1941 the year I was born ,I started having my tea there in the 80s and it is the first place I visit when I reach Brighton . There is something about having a cup of coffee or tea in the open,and listening to music ,in the form of buskers to proffesional bands that play on Sunday afternoons . This year they ...
