You could easily miss this outdoor teahouse,if you do you are missing out. Update at end of this opinion . The Pavilion Gardens Cafe is an all time favorite of mine,it is situated in The Royal Pavilion Gardens and down the opposite end of the Royal Pavilion. It started out as a tea Kiosk ajoining the Pavilion in 1941 the year I was born ,I started having my tea there in the 80s and it is the first place I visit when I reach Brighton .
