I have been here many times and have always enjoyed it and visited a few days ago with my boyfriend and his daugher. It is always full with families, couples and people of many ages.

It is very much of the restaurant style, which I prefer, even though it is an eat all you want banquet where you help yourself.

It is always clean and presentable and decoration is kept to a mimimum, not all that fuss and clutter which I don't like.

The staff are always pleasant and friendly and let you finish your food before clearing your plates. I find at many eat all you want places staff stand about watching you ready to pounce as soon as you have put the last bit of food on your plate in your mouth. This makes the whole experience relaxing and in turn a lot more enjoyable.

First of all there was crispy duck and loads of it! I find that at some restaurants they don't always have crispy duck, which for me is a big disappointment as it's my fave part of the meal.

There was the normal selection of dim sum, with a very tasty seseme prawn toast, which we all enjoyed.
My fave for the main course was sweet and sour chicken, it was exactly how it should taste.

There was a wide range of main courses, foo yung, special fried rice, chilli beef strips, chow mein, char sui, beef in black bean sauce, tofu, curry and something that I have never heard of before, and choose not to try, rang dang (maybe spelt wrong.) I was hoping that my boyfriend would try it and be my guinea pig but he decided to stick with what he too knows and loves.

Dessert was the normal offering of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream and arctic roll but no lychees, which I just adore.

As we went in the evening it cost us £9.50 each for the food and then drinks on top, soft drinks were £1.30 as was a half of lager. This is a great deal to me, as you can eat as much as you want of whatever you want.

For me whatever time you go, it is still more then excellent value for your money. It is one of the few times that I leave a restaurant feeling full up and satisfied and I actually don't eat anything else for the rest of the day.
