They are so soft and tender they come of the bone with ease and there’s hardly any fat to see as you usually get with barbeque spare ribs. The main courses are generous helpings I would say ... more  ... and if you come away from there not feeling stuffed you couldn’t have ate all your meal. The sweets are not the best but no bad. The Ping On restaurant at Stockbridge in Edinburgh is the simply the best Chinese I’ve had in Edinburgh. The prices are about average for a Chinese and a 3-course meal for 2 with wine would probably be between £20 and £30 depending of course which meals and wine you go for, but I think it’s great value for money.
