One of the best restaurants out there

Advantages: Well priced, excellent service, delicious food, family friendly
Pizza Express is one of my favourite places to eat out, and despite all the teenage couples on dates, it feels like a 'grown up' pizzeria, compared to some of the other ones aimed more at kids.
Having said that I have never been to a more family friendly restaurant, and my one year old daughter is always welcomed, with nothing being too much trouble.
Pizza Express began in 1965 and now has branches all over the country. Ive eaten in a fair few, and am always pleased to see one when looking for somewhere to eat with my baby. As any parent will appreciate, eating out can be difficult with children in tow so its always nice to find somewhere familiar where you know children are welcome.
The restaurants all vary in their design but tend to be quite minimalist and modern, with simple table decorations and slightly rustic wooden furniture in many.
Im a very boring creature of habit so tend to order the same thing - baked dough balls to start, followed by either an American Pizza or a Pollo Salad. If I have room for dessert I usually plump for an ice cream sundae.
If Im trying to be good I opt for a Leggera pizza which has a cut out middle filled with salad, which reduces the amount of calories consumed dramatically.
I have never had a bad experience at Pizza Express. The food is always served piping hot and mouthwatering, and the staff are excellent. The service is friendly yet professional.
Summary: A fantastic Italian restaurant
