Pizza Express - great pizza, great deals with orange Wednesday!!

If you love pizza you will love Pizza Express! This really like a more sophisticated and grown up Pizza Hut.

The menu is very big and you should really check out their website for the full thing. But here is a little taster of what is on offer. Starters include garlic bread, garlic doughballs and roasted tomatoes and mushroom risotto (average price £3). There are various pizzas, pasta dishes and salads on the menu (lots of dishes suitable for vegetarians). These come in at around £8.50:

Pizzas include: four seasons, American, La Reine, Siciliana and pastas include lasange and canneloni. If you prefer salads they do nicoise and pollo, everything to suit everyones taste.

They also have a Leggara pizza. Really this is a pizza with a hole in the middle and this whole is filled with salad. These pizzas are made to be around 500 calories and low in fat. So you still get your pizza, but its not as bad for you and you get some salad on the side!

The desserts menu includes italian ice cream, lemon tart, fudge cake and Tiramisu. Desserts cost around £4.50

For anyone who has an orange mobile phone there is a voucher which gives you and a friend 2 free starters (either doughballs or garlic bread) and buy one get one free main course. This is a great voucher to use especially with orange wednesday cinemas!

I really like Pizza Express, like I said it feels more sophisticated than your normal pizza restaurant. The food is always very well prepared with a wide range of choice, service is fast and food priced reasonable especially with the Orange Wednesday offer! The room in the restaurant is very spacious so there is plenty of space for buggies!
