Reliable quality, but can get boring (Pizza Express)
Member Name: Ariel_uk
Advantages: Reliable, Good value for money, pleasant environment Disadvantages: Unchaning menu can get boring
Pizza Express does a great line in elegant good quality dining for a reasonable cost. On the same budget as a trip to Pizza Hut or some other American stylee cheese-fest, you can enjoy proper Italian style pizzas, great salads, pasta, and very yummy deserts. Pizzas are around £5 to £7 each, and deserts somewhere about £3. Drinks can add a fair bit to the bill, but for this is one of the few chain restaurants that knows that 'a jug of tap water please' means. The pizzas are prepared to order, so in addition to their range of combinations you can always make your own. This may well be necessary, as the menu is fairly restricted, and doesn't really change. If you want to know in advance what you're likely to be offered, their standard menu is on their website: http://www.pizzaexpress.co.uk/indexfn.htm Summary: |
