Advantages: Coffe was good
Disadvantages: High priced, staff dont clean up or wash there hands, cold food
I wanted a change at christmas because it was christmas after all and I was also fed up with going to fast food places so as there was a Pizza hut right next to Burger king I thought i would give them a good.
When I walked in I thought have I accidently walked into a back street cafe, alot of the tables hwere full of trays and used drinking cups and food on the floor, and the thing that got me was there was only eight people in total in there and all the staff were just chatting, I noticed that one of them pick something off the floor as I went to the counter and then started cooking, athis put me off.
I ordered a pizza and sat down, the tables felt all sticky like something had been split on them and not wiped up and cleaned, so that ruled out the staff, the cleaniness and the tables!
After about 10 minutes my pizza came over to me, I ate it right away as I had an apointment that afternoon so couldnt hang around, it was cold, only a little warm, I took it back, "Oh, sorry we'll microwave it for you" no you wont i said, I want a replacement, okay we'll get you a new one, sat downa gain looking out the windows that were all dirty, another 5 minutes he came back over, it was the same pizza, I knew it was because I remember a small burnt part on the side, I took it back asking to see a manager, he has gone to the bank I was told, at 2 in the afternoon, thats a little odd I told him after him giving me some exuse why the manager was out I told him I wanted a refund, at first he wasnt very willing but after someoen else started complaning about his pizza and mine too for me as he had seen I had ben taking it back the guy gave me my money back, and the money i had paid for a coffe even though I had drunk that, it was about the best thing in there was the coffe, tasted goo.
I would never go near a Pizza hut again, it was aweful, there prices to me are not cheap, £10 for a pizza is a little much when I can go to KFC and have a complete meal for a £5!!
I since have made a complaint against the store due to how dirty it was and since the staff have chnaged, so I have been told but havent ben in there since so dont know.
Pizza Hunt is best kept in a hut I think
