Will not go again (Pizza Hut)

Advantages: ....Cant think of one!

Disadvantages: No salad on offer after we had paid for salad!

I've always though Pizza Hut could be slightly expensive after all all what you can have is pizza, pasta or salad but me and my boyfriend after a hard day shopping decided to go here for some lunch.

On sitting down and having our order takn we were told our pizzas would be at least 45 minutes. This anoyed us as we thought we should be tld about the wait before we were seated and our order taken, but we decided we may aswell have some salad as a starter to pass the time. Our waitress bought us over a bowl each and we were told we could go up but once we went up we were only allowed to go up once and that was it. Fair enough we thought and up we went.

Now this is when we became angry we were taken to where the salad was and all they had was a bit of potato salad and letuece which had obviously been there hours as it was limp and brown! This was what we had paid £3.50 each for.

The service and food we receieved was unsatisfactory and we will not be spending our money here again as we left feeling as hungry as we were when we arrived!

Summary: Waste of money and staff are unhelpful
