Hut?! (Pizza Hut)

Pizza hut specialise in both eat in restaurants and also takeaway restaurants. Whilst the takeaway establishments appear to have been fairly successful and doing well (my local pizza hut takeaway certainly always appears to be busy on the weekends), the eat in restaurants appear to be a different story.

Within a five mile radius of my home we have two eat in restaurants, both of which i would never advise going to. I think when you visit some of these establishments it is fairly evident why pizza hut are struggling and have recently been forced into taking further measures to drum in business.
The two restaurants i have visited are always dirty, the tables take along time to be cleared and service is often slow and unacceptable.

In more recent times pizza hut have invested alot of time, money and energy into advertising new changes that have been made to all restaurants over the country. The most obvious one being the new campaign involving buffet style dinners and happy hour, whereby you pay £4 for a drink and pizza. On first impressions this is an incredible deal, however it is very deceiving.

Any parties with more than five people in are unable to particate in the £4 happy hour deal (or at least this is certainly the case within my local restaurant) and are only able to purchase the £10 buffet deal. Many would think this is still a good deal, however only 3 choices of pizza were available, the salad was soggy and kept under heat lights??!!! Staff also stood over us to make sure we took no more than two slices of pizza at a time which is very annoying!!

All in all pizza hut has tried to improve its eat in facilities, but in my opinion has failed quite dramatically. The takeaway restaurants are successful, but in my opinion are still overpriced for the quality.

Summary: Dont waste your money!
