Advantages: Great tasting pizzas, free delivery
Disadvantages: Can take up to an hour to deliver during busy times
Pizza Hut are probably the biggest pizza chain operating in the UK. They have restaurants pretty much everywhere, for example here in Ipswich, hardly the biggest town in the country we have 2.
Pizza Hut's pizzas are and probably always will be my favourite for basic taste. It might just be because I'm used to them but I've tried plenty of other pizzas from the likes of Domino's and Pizza Express but they just don't compare. I've even had a pizza from a famous (apparently) pizza restaurant in Chicago which wasn't as good.
Next, they offer a good variety of standard pizzas plus the 'make your own' ones whereby you buy a basic margerita and then choose which toppings you'd like on it. Also they offer thin crust, deep pan and stuffed crust options.
They seem to have had an offer going forever now whereby if you buy 2 medium pizzas the second is half price, usually working out at 2 pizzas for about £11. They also have other offers on from time to time.
Lastly they deliver for free and most of the time in pretty quick time. This is a god send for anyone like me who either doesn't like cooking or who has mates round to watch the footy or whatever and doesn't want to have to go out and pick them up. Thank god for Pizza Hut is what I say.
