dead spider found in my partners starter (Pizza Hut)

me and my family went to pizza hut last night for tea .when we arrived we were pleasently greated and seated. we all ordered starters and a pizza. once our starters had arrived we started to eat them. half way through eating it my partner looked at me and said he had a spider in his food i looked at him in amazment and took a closer look it was a greyish black spider the size of a twenty pence piece. it was dead and sat in the middle of his plate on his salad. i took his plate to the front desk and told them what we had found. a waitress soon came over to the table with a complaints form and and a clear plastic bag with the dead spider in. she did appoligise and said if it had been her she would have been sick. she asked us if we would like to carry on with our meal we all refused she said the bill would be clear althouth still had the nerve to ask us to pay for our drinks i said u have got to be joking and she did cancel the drinks too. a member of my family had to leave the table and went out side and was sick due to the thought of this. what can i do to stop this from happening to anyone else
