Went to Pizza Hut (Nuneaton Branch) the other night for a bite to eat. It was relatively quiet, i suppose the location of the branch is to blame.
Anyway, during the week, they do a menu called the Weeknight Treat, where you can get 2 courses for £8. I started with Chicken Strips, which came with lettace, cherry tomatos and a sweet chilli dip. Succulent chicken, fiery but sweet chilli dip. Just the right amount for a starter and i enjoyed it alot. To follow, I had a Portobello Formaggio on a Tuscani base. This is a thin and crispy pizza base. The topping is a new one to Pizza Hut, blue cheese and portobello mushrooms, with balsamic vinegar drizzled over the top. It's a brilliant pizza, without the balsamic it would have been very rich but with it it tastes great. With two refill pepsi's, the bill for two came to about £24, which isn't bad. Service was great.
