Sorry really couldn't think of an amazing headline, my brain is getting frazzled!
Pizza hut is another of the fast food chains although it's not really fast food!
The restaurants are basic tables and chairs not particularly comfortable, I find that the tables are often very very close together in my opinion, it's very difficult to have a conversation because the noise is tremendous, in fact I'd say it's one of the noisiest places I've been.
There is usually a salad cart where one of the options is a help yourself salad starter. There is also a bar area and a waiting area where you wait if you're waiting for a table.
The food is ok! nothing to shout about. The choice of pizza toppings are the usual cheese and tomatoe, ham and pineapple, chicken and lots lots more. There are various stuffed crusts available - my real gripe is that the stuffed crust cheese is only available in large and large is absolutely huge for one person and we don't always want the same. My husband loves the stuffed crust and I prefer something else so by the time he's got half way through not only has he got a stuffed crust but I've got a stuffed hubby!! lol!
There is the option of having other toppings or adding your own choices which is nice, there is also an option of having half and half I believe.
The salad cart is quite tasty full of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, croutons, pasta, olives, dried onions and much more including all the dips. The only thing about this is that the adult bowl is fairly small and the child's bowl is not worth it!! although it's eat as much as you like the amount you can fit in the child's bowl in the first place is ridiculous and then to keep going back is a right pain - I guess that's what they want.
There are a few deserts to choose from, in fact I would say that the deserts are better than the pizza's! bizzare! they do a trio of deserts which is nice you get a little taster of three different deserts or you can buy them individually.
The prices are average for a pizza place, I think they range from £5/6 to £10/12 for the largest then of course little bits are added like extra toppings and stuffed crust. The puddings are about £2.50 although you can buy a little mini one for about £1.25 which is quite nice.
Very often you can get online deals for pizza hut, we've had buy one get one free and also we've had kids eat free.
The service is ok, we've not really had a problem, the waiter/waitress comes round to take your order. They are usually polite and smartly dressed and once you're seated they are quite quick.
Pizza hut is ok once in a while, I personally prefer somewhere a bit quieter and less squashed. To be fair this may just be the one by us as I've only been to one or two others - mind you they were the same. The thing I do like is that if you can't manage to finish your whole pizza you can take it home in a box! just ask!
Summary: Ok but would prefer somewhere else.
