We went in to Pizza Hut near Hyde Park, London. First of all we were taken to a dirty table - I had to flick off the old sweetcorn left from the previous occupants. Then I ordered a glass of wine and it tasted like vinegar, so I politely watered it down with fizzy water rather than complain. The garlic bread was nice and the help yourself salad was what you would expect (can't go too far wrong with chopping up lettuce and washing cherry tomatoes I suppose). Then the pizza arrived - OMG it was the worst pizza I've ever had. It had spinach on the top and normally this would be cooked first, but if you put it on fresh you do it after cooking the pizza. This one had fresh pizza put on the top and then put on the oven, so the spinach had gone brown and shrivelled. I picked off as much of it as I could, then bit in to the pizza. It was then that I discovered the pizza was only half cooked and the base tasted like dough. The nasty tasting cheese hadn't even had time to melt and was sat on the pizza in nasty cold lumps. Never again! Aside from the food, the toilets were disgusting - smelt of shit, sanitary towel holder spilling over, gunge stuck to the toilet seat, toilet paper all over the floor (that attached itself to my boots and therefore ended up in the restaurant). Yuk!!
