Advantages: wonderful food, not just pizza
Disadvantages: can be pricy, sometimes service is slow
As a pizza goer with an abnormal fetish for the doughy based meal, I quite often find myself within the walls of pizza huts around the country, I?ve visited quite a few and it's always the first place I go to eat when im on holiday or travelling or just generally want to eat out. This is because I love pizza, perhaps I?m biased in my opinion, but I couldn't live without this chain. I am attracted to the Hut because it is affordable, I like the atmosphere in pizza huts and the menus are the same wherever I go as are the prices, so I know what I?m getting. Pizza hut is a great place for families to take kids, their are activities for them to do, balloons and of course what child doesn't like pizza, as the prices go, I wouldn't say your going to spend any more here than if you took them to any other sit down children?s restaurant. Pizza hut offer different bases to their pizza's, so not only do you get to decide your topping, you pick which base suits you, these are: Stuffed crust (available in large only, £1.29 fee) Italian (thin base) Deep pan The edge (no crust) Sicilian (square base, limited time offer) The menu also offers starters and combo deals with: Potato wedges Chicken wings Shelled potato skins Garlic bread If someone in your family doesn?t like pizza then you could choose some non-pizza food, such as lasagne, salad or pasta dishes. Desserts are also available as cake and sundaes and for the children the ice cream factory is all you can eat. Pizza hut have a salad bar, which you help yourself to and are charged per bowl, I do not partake of the salad because I find it to be pricey. The soft drinks are refillable and all the major brands are available. They are a licensed restaurant and therefore can buy beer and wine, so it appeals to older customers, many people go there on their lunch breaks with colleagues. At lunch times between
12-4 there is an all you can eat buffet where for £5.49 (price varies nationally). You get all the pizza you want, salad bar and pasta, this operates by bringing out pizza?s regularly onto hot buffet stands in the middle of the restaurant next to the salad buffet and you simply help yourself. Pizza hut also offer a take away service through collection, waiting times are reasonable and you can call before hand to save waiting times further. At the moment Pizza hut are offering for a limited time any large pizza with garlic cheese bread for just £9.99. Pizza hut are a friendly easy going restaurant appealing to all.
