Newest Review: ... and the walls were decorated with lipstick prints of famous mouths. But the toilet area was tiny and barely more than a passage way, with the cubicles off it. I was expecting better and after months of telling my boyfriend how great Planet Hollywood is, he was very disappointed. On our last trip to London we had visited TGIs and it had a nicer atmosphere and was cheaper. Maybe the one in ... more

Planet Hollywood London Ever since going to Planet Hollywood in Paris, I've wanted to visit the one in London. Unfortunately last time I went to go it had closed down from its original site and the new one wasn't yet opened. But last weekend I finally went to the new one in the Hay Market. Was it worth the wait, well, urmm, NO! We eventually found it, after asking a policeman, down what can only be described as a side street. We had no reservation so didn't really expect to get a table quickly or at all, considering it was a bank holiday weekend. So we were surprised to be taken immediately to a table. The restaurant inside, looks like ...  Read the complete review

We went here for a meal on a Saturday lunchtime for my daughters birthday in June, prior to going to see the Foo Fighters at Wembley. I had prebooked a table online and requested if possible one in the James Bond area as we all like Bond, James Bond. We arrived intime for our reservation and were shown to our table which was indeed in the James Bond room, fab, the tabel also had balloons in place for my daughter which was lovely considering i hadnt asked for anything special apart from the location. The waiter was great, really friendly, service was good and the food we had was infact really nice, my husband and i had steaks and our ...  Read the complete review

This weekend we visited London and part of that visit involved going to Planet Hollywood for dinner. Although I know of this chain of restaurants, I mean who doesn't I have never actually visited one so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. The restaurant is situated in Coventry Street which is just off Piccadilly Circus. The outside was a little disappointing. It has a very small front and the sign was small, I really did expect a huge flashing monster of a sign. The downstairs of the building is a small shop selling Planet Hollywood merchandise. There was tops, mugs, pens, hats and pretty much everything you could plaster the name Planet Hollywood ...  Read the complete review

Part of my weekend away was a dinner at Planet Hollywood. The restaurant is situated right in Piccadilly Circus, and doesn't look much from the outside, but is actually able to seat 400 people. The restaurant is on the first floor, and as you enter, you could easily get confused with being a star, as there are lots of light bulbs set cleverly in the walls of the spiral stair case which flash at you amidst the mural of photographers on the way. Eating at Planet Hollywood for me was going to be an experience as I had never done it before, and this started the experience off well. The atmosphere is buzzing as you walk in, and you are greeted by some fairly ...  Read the complete review

My daughter and I had a trip to London yesterday and decided to try Planet Hollywood. I am neither a fan of fast food or particularly enamoured by Hollywood, but I thought perhaps it would be a spectacle - I had in mind the restaurant that John Travolta and Winona Rider go to in Pulp Fiction. Looking at the website, it looked like it would be busy, especially on a Saturday so we decided to go for an early meal between lunch and dinner and see if we were lucky to get a table. There is only one Planet Hollywood in the UK and it is in Coventry Street, close to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. For some strange reason Coventry Street wasn't on the map that I ...  Read the complete review
