Advantages: Good quality fresh food

Disadvantages: A bit expensive but you get what you pay for

I have used them several times and am always impressed. The food just feels fresh, not like it's been sitting around waiting to be taken off the shelves. I think it helps that they probably have quite a fast turn-around with their products. Their coffee is reasonable - not as good as Starbucks but perfectly drinkable. The restaurants are normally clean. I like the sandwiches that are only half sandwiches, it's good if you just want a snack. Their pricing is not over-the-top and really quite reasonable if you take into account the quality of the food. They do other products apart from sandwiches like soup and salad although I have only ever had the sandwiches. I love the bacon they use - it is really crispy, like streaky bacon. The customer service is fine and they will always do their best to keep the queue moving. You can also find them all over London so you are never far from 1..just go to their website to find your nearest!
