I am very saddened to say that this restaurant is now closed due to expiry of their lease (or so they say). Prospect Grill is an American style bistro restaurant on Garrick Street in Covent Garden. It is beyond me why I never see any reviews of this superb restaurant. I am a regular visitor and have never been disappointed (except when I can't finish my food or sat next to a quarreling couple!). The decor is very soothing with dark red walls, dark wood and beautiful leather banquettes and chairs that I just want to stroke!
