There are many good restaurants in Cheshire, ciao italia springs to mind, as does whats cooking in Knutsford, and many restaurants in chester such as Fat cats which does amazing food, mamma mias and the list goes on...

However i am going to write about "Panama Hatty's" which is a wonderful mexican style food restaurant/bar in vale royal, i'm not actually sure where this restaurant is exactly, i know it is past nunsmere hall from sandiway, i'll add that on at a later date, but the quality of food and service at this restaurant were second to none.

All the food on the menu looks delicious, but i chose for started the potato skins with dips which really were gorgeous and then for my main course i chose chicken fajitas, but i could have chosen anything from burgers, to duck fajitas, to steak, to anything really. The fajitas were served with a choice of filling to make your own choice and a sizzling skillet with my chicken and peppers and onions on...

The desert menu is also a treat with unusual desserts aswell as the more traditional desserts such as chocolate fudge cake, the unusual desserts being things such as peanut butter strudels.

All in all i had an excellent evening out at panama hatty's, the service was excellent, the food was excellent and the atmosphere is excellent, this is enhanced by the waiting area which is an area full of couches where you are given drinks and menus and time to ponder over your menus creating a relaxed atmosphere, and with the eclectic and tasteful decor that the restaurant has the atmosphere is reinforced.

Price wise it isn't too expensive for what you get, and it is definately a special occasions restaurant so you'd expect to pay a little higher for a special occasion anyway, but the prices here aren't unreasonable at all and are easily affordable.

Basically i thoroughly reccomend this restaurant, go there, you won't regret it.
