Advantages: Close to A19, Value for Money Meals

Disadvantages: Out of the way for local people, Expensive Drinks

Just off the A19 Southbound at Peterlee. So perfect for anyone travelling south and starving after a long journey.

An excellent choice for a meal. They have a range of meals from traditional Butterfly Chicken, Cottage Pie & Sirloin Steaks to more exciting meals such as BBQ Half Roast Chickens & The Ultimate Combo ( A very fattening range of Onion Rings, Garlic Mushrooms, Garlic Bread, Chicken Goujons, etc) which is absoloutly delicious. The desserts are to die for, Chocolate Dome Cake is highly recommended but eat it warm with whipped cream!

The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The pub itself has a lot of character and I hope you will go and take a look for your self and take advantage of some of their offers.

Ooooh chocolate dome cake sounds scrummy. Am hungry now! A very warm welcome to dooyoo, I hope you have lots of fun. Shelley is right, this is a lovely to the point first op, but don't be scared to go into a bit more detail, I was really enjoying that and rather sorry when it stopped so soon. Let me know if you add any more :o)
