Advantages: Good location

Disadvantages: Poor customer sevice, poor meals

situated in a lovely location, however extremely poor customer service.

Food was clearly re-heated and some still cold (grilled mushroom was stone cold),
foreign object (sharp plastic) was found in the middle of burger and management accepted no responsibility, reluctantly apologized and gave very small voucher as compensation, not even equal to meal's worth.
Very abrupt and confrontational tone, despite polite waitresses, lovely surroundings and beautiful day, would not return to this establishment ever again.
Problems with meal were blamed on suppliers, food clearly not made freshly, and we were advised to speak directly to the suppliers rather than the staff at the rushcutters.
Have not experienced such poor customer service anywhere else in this fine city in the three years I have lived here, nor such a poor attempt at compensation.
Meals are expensive considering the extremely poor quality, the place was very busy and staff did not seem to value the custom we were providing.
Disappointing.
