I used to shop at Sainsburys a lot. Its not too far from my house and its always quiet in there compared to Asda and Morrisons. So one day we was in there, my boyfriend got home early from work. So we decided to give it a go in the Cafe. We hadnt been in there before, we did notice its always quite empty. But so is the shop so we didnt think anything of it. Now we understand why its always empty.

Im not too sure if its all the Sainsburys cafe's or just the one in Grantham. The staff were rude and the food was unedable. We bot had a full english all day breakfast. They were about £5 each, then he had a coke and I had a cup of tea. We had been waiting ages for our food. There was no milk for the tea and we had to esk, also there were no little spoons. It was a full blown disaster.

After waiting about 20-30 minutes for our food, in a place that was pretty much empty. Thats just crazy. The food finally came. I had chips, fried egg, beans, sausage and bacon. The chips were quite nice and so was the egg and beans. But the sausage was rock! You couldnt even put a knife through it. The bacon was also hard but I still ate it.

After eating what I could. My boyfriend went and complained, he showed the staff how hard the sausage was by hitting it on the counter. Im not normally one for complaining but it was just too bad not to say anything. The lady who cooked it came out the kitchen and asked what was wrong. She gave my partner a really dirty look. The woman on the till was much more polite and gave us a full refund for the breakfast's.

We wont ever consider going back there, as the food was disgusting. I just advise you not to go there.
