Shia Qila

Shia Qila is a strange area and people who have never been to Blackburn before will find the restaurant strange to find! It is a buffet restaurant where you can hold special events to. I came here in November the last time to eat with my friends. We had to pay ten pounds per head for eating here and that did not include the drinks either. Service on the day was not the nicest either each time when asking staff to bring a drink or some extra naans they responded late.
