Advantages: Nice coffee and food

Disadvantages: Pricy, sometimes cold

Starbucks is an American chain of coffee shops which have branched out to various countries all over the world.

They primarily sell coffee but do also sell a range of cold drinks and food.

Starbucks is known for being quite pricy but generally I find it is worth it. The coffee is always of great quality and has a lovely taste. They sell your usual filter coffees, cappachino and mocha as well a few different types such as a caramel mochiato and frappachinos.
The drinks come in 3 sizes, tall, grande and venti and the prices increases with size. For example, I bought a grande caramel mochiato last week and it cost £3.10. Not cheap at all but a lovely cup of coffee.

The food they do is also very tasty - but also expensive. They do sandwhichs, paninis and lots of cakes.

The only negative with Starbucks is that sometimes the drinks have a lot of froth in them and arent particularly warm. I have only found this a few times though and think it depends on which branch you go to.

Overall I would suggest Starbucks as a treat and just make sure you have enough money!

Summary: Bit of a treat!
