NIce smells, Nice deli's, Nasty prices!!! (Subway)

Subway has the most amazing deli sandwiches at the most ridiculous prices! Every time i walk past my local subway outlet, i take one sniff at the air and i think, "wow, i have got to get myself one of those!!." I walk into the shop with cash in my hand, order my food, get to the till, and the sales assistant asks me for ten pounds! I'm telling you i am out of that shop quicker than a bullet train in japan!

However, i do like the sandwiches. they allow you to chose your own fillings, anything from chicken tikka to ham or cheese. You have a selection of breads including, white, wholemeal, italian seed and others, all baked freshly in the outlet. Furthermore, you can decide on whether to have a footlong or six inch deli sandwich. After selecting your fillings you can chose to have it toasted or just fresh, and you also get the option of a sauce. Cookies, muffins, drinks and other snacks are available as well.

The promotional offers are appetising too with a six inch breakfast subway for 99p!! Other offers are available which arguably do save you money. Apart from the nice deli sandwiches and the promotional offers, i still have the bone to pick with the prices. The lovely yempting aromas draw you to the shop, but once you look at the prices on the menu, you tend to turn your back and go elsewhere to save your pennies.

I do, occasionally, purchase a delicios deli sandwhich as a treat, however, I am still reluctant to make it a habit for my lunch!!!
