Advantages: loads of choice!

Disadvantages: not good for dieting!

I used to love subway but havent had one in ages since i watched that programme that showed how much salt and bad stuff is in a subway - yuk!

I am now vegetarian, although a year agO I wasnt and used to eat subway all the time!

They cost around £3 for a 6 inch, depending on which one you chose. You can also buy the meal deal where you get a drink, 6 inch sub and either crisps or cookie for a £3.95.

When buying a sub you first chose the bread - wheat, italian, italian herbs, oaty, and a few others, you then decide if you want it toasted (recommended!). Then you chose filling - ham, tuna, turkey, bacon, meatballs, vege patty, chicken, beef, steak, ribs, fajitas, and loads more! Then you chose salad - lettace, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives, peppers, jalapenos, gerkins. and then you can pick a sauce - honey mustard, ranch, mayo, southwest, and more! and finally salt and pepper!

They are really delicious - even though bad for you! i always get like everything in them, so its really messy to eat! if you get it toasted it stops the bread falling apart.

so for a treat - get it! for a daily/weekly snack - you might want to rethink!
