Advantages: You can basically add what you want to the sub

Disadvantages: Little choice for vegetarians

Our local Subway is open all day and into the early hours of each morning and at weekends when i often work until late i find a Subway a slightly healthier alternative to a McDonalds drive through.

After 4pm now the footlong subs are only £4 and definitely fill a hole.

The shops are usually quite small but the staff are efficient and organised and things are generally kept clean and tidy.

You choose from about five different types of bread and i usually go for a hearty italian bread and my favourite sub is Italian BMT with cheese, no salad and BBQ sauce.

There are so many options to choose from and i think it's great that you can choose which items of salad you want to add and what dressing too. You can be in and out in four minutes and i've always enjoyed all the food i have had here.
