Advantages: Cheap subs of the day

Disadvantages: Sometimes slow and confused service

You can find a subway almost anywhere, they are almost the food equivalent to starbucks.

The best thing about subway is the choice of extra fillings to add to your sandwich. And it is often these additions that make the meal as the main fillings, are very disappointing on their own. For instance, when ordering the meatball marinara you get a few meatballs and not very much sauce. There are also low fat subways available for those that are health conscious. I recommend memorising the sub of the day menu to get a cheap 6 inch sub for only £1.99.

There are also a variety of breads to choose from to add an extra kick of flavour. There are also free refills available for your soft drinks. While the staff are friendly enough, in certain stores you often have trouble trying to get them to understand exactly what you want.
There are also a range of snacks available such as a bowl of meatballs and a cheese or pepperoni toastie.

I recommend going here when you need a cheap and filling lunch.
