The Tannin Level is one of Harrogate's top restaurants. It is based in the centre of Harrogate and sells English food. It is based in an underground floor, which is actually a converted cellar, but has a really nice atmosphere. It is good for couples, families, friends and people of all ages. The food is really good quality, all freshly made, at a slightly higher price than most Harrogate restaurants but well worth it.
