I recently had a bad expereinece at TGIF located in Wheeing on Lake Cook Road. I felt like they just wanted to kick us out as soon as we got there. The food was cold, Service was poor. When presented with a coupon from entertainement.com the waiter and the manager gave us a look. I am not sure the coupons are used to encourage people to come to restaurant. Unless it is not encouraged by TGIF. I dont think this is a color issue- my partner is off color from American standards- but the coupon seems to have put the nail in the coffin of poor serivice. In terms of service- I will say that it was fast- the appetizer, drinks were followed by the entree in 5min. Give a person time to eat. I understand turnover per table but the entree was cold from the freezer by the time the appettizer was done.

Disappointment will be the word. Colder the service lower the tip.
