One of my favourite places to eat out :)

Advantages: budget friendly, good atmosphere, fun vibe
Disadvantages: could have better desserts!
TGI fridays is one of those traditional american themed restaurants, with a fun vibe, cocktail bar, and food! I have eaten in their restaurants all over London and in New York and I have always enjoyed the food everywhere I go! The standard is top quality and in general, the customer service is always good! (Except the odd occasion when you may turn up unexpected and have to wait absolutely ages for a table, as they can be super busy!)
They do great starters, such as garlic bread, chicken wings, ribs etc and they spice it up throughout the year by introducing seasonal dishes e.g. they used to have mozzarella balls (YUM! especially as I ADORE any kind of cheese!) so sometimes when you go, you get a lovely surprise of something new to try :)
The main reason I am a regular visitor of TGI Fridays is they have their own special Jack Daniels sauce, (I am pretty sure it derives from the Jack Daniels alcohol in some respect but don't worry you won't be tipsy after eating it or anything!) which is absolutely amazing! It is like a bbq sauce almost but sweeter (word of warning I have had TGI Friday's bbq sauce and its absolutely vile!) This sauce can come on shrimp, ribs, burger, chicken, salmon almost anything! So the variety on their menu is always top notch!
The only disappointment with TGI fridays is my own personal choice that their dessert menu doesn't appeal to me at all :( a lot of the items are ice cream/cake and I would enjoy a hot dessert on their like apple pie/crumble and custard....that could just be me being fussy!
An average meal with starter, main and refillable drink is around £15 which is nice and pocket friendly, and the portions for me are quite good for what you pay and so you get a good dining experience which is actually filling for a reasonable price. (Saying this, when I visited the chain in New York I paid $27 for the same meal which is £9.99 here so even with currency converter it was waaaaaaay over priced!)
The bar is a fun place to hang out on any day of the week, cocktails around £6-£10 but they have an array of flavours and will make smoothies, milkshakes and other fun drinks also :)
TGI Fridays is also very baby friendly, with kids meals and toys, and the ones I have been to all have had baby changing facilities which makes a welcoming change from many restaurants I have been to which don't! I remember my partner and I bringing my daughter to a branch in London for my birthday when she was only 3 months old, and the staff were more than accommodating which made me a lot more likely to recommend this restaurant.
Overall, it is a fun themed restaurant for everyone, I have been there for birthdays; kids and adults, hen parties etc and it is always an enjoyable experience with a menu that is versatile so everyone is bound to find something they like!
Summary: would definitely recommend!
