Newest Review: ... and in June I am sure we will be popping there again for our 3 year wedding anniversary. During the week they offer a 2 course menu for £14.95 which represents excellent value for money as the food is of a very high standard and many of the ingredients are locally sourced. What I love about The Stables is they always have a course with Goats Cheese my absolute favourite . On my last visit I had Goats Cheese and Tomato Bruschetta which was served on a bed of rocket with a honey and mustard dressing and a beetroot relish and I could have licked the plate it was that scrummy. A very long time ago I was fortunate enough to stumble across The Stables Bar & Restaurant, the occasion, I am unsure of but whatever it was I thank it for introducing me to this well hidden gem. *~*Location*~* The Stables Bar & Restaurant is located on the grounds of Soughton Hall. The Stables Bar & Restaurant is created from the Hall's original Stables block and has a distinctive Horsey theme! Each table is named after a famour racehorse downstairs and upstairs each table is named after a famous racecourse.
