This is one of my favourite restaurants in our area. It has been refurbished in the last few years and is clean and has a smart simple design inside.

It is between Wokingham and Binfield, but unfortunately it is difficult to walk there because of the lack of pavements. There is a large car park and lovely outside gardens to sit in during the summer months.

There is a bar / pub area at the front of the estalishment with comfortable seating (sofas and chairs) and tables. If the restaurant is busy you are able to eat from the bar menu in this area. They sell a selection of beers, soft drinks and new and old world wines. There is also a range of champagne and sparlkling wines.

If you are eating in the restaurant it is a good idea to book a table in advance as they can become fully booked, even during the week. The bar opens at 11am everyday, and the restaurant opens at 12 noon, last food orders are 9.30pm from Monday - Thursday and 10pm on Friday and Saturday, and 8.30pm on Sunday.

The restaurant serves a wide variety of food. The food is well presented, comes quickly and is delicious.

Their food is of a high quality and they often serve dishes that you can not find elsewhere, that are different and interesting. I am vegetarian and I have a nice choice of foods here.

It can be a bit expensive, but is well worth the money.

The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. There is a lovely buzz during the evening, when it is full of people.

In summary, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is able to travel there. Cosy and good atmosphere in the winter and lovely gardens at the back for the Summer months.
