 ... recommend the Pipa Tofu starter which is mashed silken Tofy mixed with spring onion, coated and crispy with brocolli and a dip. I also love the Tofu in the budha's feast meal. The staff are also great help, for instance, there was a chicken and sweetcorn soup and crab and sweetcorn soup, but they made me a plain sweetcorn soup which wasn't on the menu. The Wok Inn is a Thai/Cantonese (most people refer to it as Chinese food) restaurant and take away in Brandon. Brandon is around a ten minute drive from Durham City, or a 20 minute bus journey. It is situated on the site of 'The Black Diamons / Brandon Ridge Public House'. You wouldn't expect to find a restaurant in an old mining village so this is truly a little gem. I have been to this resturant in excessive of 30 times! There is always atleast 2 vegetarians in my group, me included and the choice is great.
