The Three Chimneys restaurant on the Isle of Skye can be found on the north west coast. This world famous restaurant with rooms is in a remote and spectacular setting overlooking Loch Dunvegan. The Three Chimneys is owned and run by the Spear family. Shirley is a top chef and has won many awards including the Macallan Taste of Scotland in 1998 and the Drambuie Scottish Chefs Award in 1999.
