Where can i start?? Eastern Noodle Bar, York Road This resturant, which is situated on york road(i know, i know), is a misunderstood gem. Mistuderstood, because it is always empty, which cause people to think twice, but in fact they are missing a treat. You are greeted by a friendly woman, and a miserable 'you rang me lord' type chinese man. The visit is just worth while for the pure entertainment he gives(he really is a misery). Fathers' day saw us press ganged to a back street in Southend, near the cinemma car parks. Two the mews looks like nothing, it could be a converted house, and you can't tell anything about from the outside. However reports from other uses told us that it was a worthwhile shot. We were greeted for Sunday Lunch by the madame of the house. The similarities did not end there, and number one daugter said it was just like Maison Derierre in Springfield (one for Simpsons Fans).
