UnosNewest Review: ... this out, the waiter took away our bill and then promptly slid another revised bill onto the table, no apology or anything!! Now you could say that this was a genuine mistake, but.... this has happened to us before when our bill was twice what it should have been, that time, we found out that we had received someone elses bill. My husband and I visit Unos quite regular and find it cheap and cheerful, whilst its not the best italian food we've had, its still ok. What I really like about the place is the authenticity, but what I dont like is the rude and arrogant staff who hover over you and blatantly dont know how to be polite. The customers definitely know they're onto a good thing. The autographs of many of Newcastle's famous sons and daughters, plus those "just dropping by" adorn the walls as you walk in, and all around the restaurant. It is dimly lit, and 'cosy'. Perhaps a little _too_ dimly lit. The tables are closely packed, and the people tightly squeezed ...
