Newest Review: ... (although there is no meat on the menu, I have been with fussy meat eaters who have enjoyed completely their meat substitutes and have since gone again). If you like gourmet then this is very good, ethically prepared and locally grown where possible but has all the common charms of a dinner or greasy spoon. For example you can order burger and chips with onion rings etc but what you get is not the soggy sad looking freezer rubbish you get at other places, even the side salad has been prepared with some attention to detail and skill. If we are talking vegetarian restaurants then this one is by far the best in my opinion! OK so it's mega expensive and it is in Marlybone but it is definitely worth a visit. Eat and Two Veg, brilliant name, is a totally unpretentious vegetarian restaurant that has a classic diner feel to it with bright colours and booth seats (very comfy high backed seated booths giving great privacy). It is situated inbetween Regents Park Station and Baker Street Station and is really easy to find and get to from either of those stations (about a 5 minute walk from each).
