Great for veggies and non-veggies alike!

Eat And Two Veg is definitely one of my favourite vegetarian and vegan restaurants in town. They are open 7 days a week and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at all times. The are the most contemporary meat free restaurant I have been to with food that most of my meat eating friends really enjoy too. This is probably because they are very heavy on the meat substitutes.

Their menu has everything from vegetarian chinese, indian and american favourites. Starter prices are around £4 and main meals from around £10. Although this seems pretty pricey, it is actually quite reasonable compared to most other restaurants in west end. Where possible, foods are organic, soil association and/or free range and only fresh ingredients are used. The food is definitely worth it and I have been several times and have always come away feeling completely satisfied. My favourites are the Schnitzel (main) and the delicious strawberry and apple cocktail (but menu's are subject to change).

The ambience is really nice too, it is set out like a diner with contempory clean red, black and white colour themes. The booth seats are really nice and can seat up to 6 people easily.

Getting there is also really easy, they are exactly inbetween Baker Street tube station and Oxford Street tube. They are only a short walk from either and are in a great location on 50 Marylebone High Street.
