Whilst recently on a weekend trip to Brighton my girlfriend and I decided we'd try this restaurant. We were really looking for something a little more quaint and original but due to it being a monsoon outside we abandoned our search and just ran inside. The restaurant's tagline is; "The Ultimate Fusion Buffet Restaurant with food from China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam". And this is prominently displayed upon the windows. Outside there is a menu displaying all the meal options available from the buffet, it is quite substantial with around 30 main dishes as well as different types of rice, deserts and even chips.
