Zafferano

This is a really really expensive restaurant, the type where you find it hard to enjoy the food because you just can't believe how much it costs and when the bill comes it brings indigestion along with it. The location (Knightsbridge just off Cadogan Square on Lowndes Street) should be a warning flag and the restaurant's faithful clientele (you always have to book) must all hail from these luxurious surroundings. The food was very good, difficult to fault in fact and the service was excellent, very attentive but not annoyingly so. My only criticism was that the place and the food seemed a little clinical, not a warm and friendly place. ...
