I visited Zizi for my hen night meal and have to say it was the worst dining experience of my life. We booked weeks in advance, phoned on several occasions to make sure they'd be able to cope with a party of 10 women dressed as pirates and were assured that everything would be fine and they were looking forward to hosting us. On the night we arrived at the time we have discussed and were seated immediatly, however this is where it began to go downhill. We were given the wrong menus (we were booked for a set party menu) to begin with, when given the correct menus the waiting staff took a very long time to even take our drinks orders which arrived at while not ... Italian is one of those foods for me that I love eating but I get very full up very easily but I do love it very much so. Zizzi is located in the Mailbox in Birmingham although I do happen to think there are quite a few around places in the UK. We go a lot with work just because they do good food, the atmosphere is nice and it is in a good spot so let me now go into detail with why I think Zizzi restaurant is definitely worth a visit. ----- What is Zizzi?
