Usually I go just before dusk to relish the wide selections of cocktail (including the seven sins which is actually a set of seven types of cocktails). Sitting there until dark, the glittering outfit of Singapore -- the city the never sleeps -- amazes you. On the 70th floor of Compass Rose Restaurant and Bar situated at Westin Stamford Hotel in the heart of Singapore, you can commit all the seven sins and at the same time enjoy the spectacular view of Singapore.
