No trip to Sydney is complete without a visit to The Hard Rock Cafe. It's got a great atmosphere and a great menu! It's located in the heart of Darlinghurts, five minutes out of the city but close to Kings Cross Station and suburb. The restuarant has nice mood lighting and a full cadillac hanging over the bar! There's also an on-site souvenir shop which offers a range of merchandise. The booths are comfortable and you're not interrupted by other diners. If there was one particular place I nagged my girlfriend to visit while in Sydney this must be it. We tried to get in several times during the middle of the week, but each time found the waiting list for a table to be at least an hour long, which is no good if you're hungry right now! In the end we made a special trip to the restaurant on my last evening in Australia.
