To start with, Kambodgia was a delightful surprise. In the midst of the diplomatic neighbourhood you are greeted with the dim lights, comfortable setting with cusions all around. The cuisine is a fusion of Cambodian and French cooking. A great number of the dishes have influences from Thailand and Vietnam. The vegetable Coconut curry was sumptuous, as well as the Satay of grilled beef. At the same time you have a large variety of fish dishes to pick form. This in addition to the wonderful desserts wrapped in banana leaves. ...
