This self-service diner, close to many attractions and virtually across the road from a famous Gaudi building (the Pedrera) is absolutely excellent value for money. Among the best of its type in Europe! The fare is honest and delicious hearty home cooking, and includes ice-cream and wine...and you can always go back for more! There are many competitors in Barcelona, including some 'chains', but in this writer's opinion they are rubbish by comparison, and frankly not to be recommended!
