Fine French Food in Los Cristianos , Tenerife. In the desert of fine dining that is Southern Tenerife there are few restaurants that can hold a candle to the Bistrot D'Alain. This is regular haunt of the resident French community, French tourists and those of us lucky enough to be recommended to visit it. It is a a small bistro whose head chef and owner is the eponymous Alain, a past winner of the best chef in Tenerife award.
