They have several locations around San Francisco (including the SF airport), but my favourite is at 500 Sutter St. They've parked a light blue '59 Edsel in the middle of the restaurant which really adds to the atmosphere. San Francisco is one of my favourite places on Earth. And Lori's diner is one of my favourite places to eat there. Sure it's not an original diner from the 50s, but a very faithful reproduction. I love the cosy booths and retro furniture, the neon lights, the jukeboxes and the never-ending stream of classic 50's Rock'n'Roll music coming out of the speakers. As soon as you walk in, you step back in time, and you can't help but feel like you're on the set of Happy Days and the Fonz is about to walk in.
