Somewhere in the basement of a 5 star hotel, the Grand Hyatt, sit a quaint eatery called Pete's Place. Pete's Place is an Italian restaurant situated within the shopping belt of Singapore. It has been around for more than 20 years though I only found the place 10 years ago. Grand Hyatt has undergone several renovations throughout its 25 years and is now a modern looking, swanky hotel. Thankfully, Pete's Place has retained its old worldly charm of a traditional Mediterranean kitchen, table set in red/white check cloth, candles and dim lighting.
