Advantages: The food , staff and the wy it is inside
Disadvantages: Although ot as exensive as I'd expected it would soon still add up for a family
When I went to Disney last year we pre booked 2 days meal vouchers for Planet Hollywood in the Disney Village. As we had booked the whole package through a tour operator we booked the vouchers with them. Each voucher cost £13 per person and this was for a 'Pretty Woman' meal voucher which meant that we could have a main meal from a set selection and a desert plus a drink. Considering the cost of meals to buy once you are at Disney we decided this would be a good option to have prebooked as it would save us having to spend as much cash whilst there.
The location of the Planet Hollywood restaurant at Disneyland Paris means that you really can't miss it - it is located right at the entrance to the Disney Village which is facing the main Disney park and to the side of the Studios. As you walk under the arch to go into the Disney Vvillage area the restaurant is located directly in front of you and has a ball shapedas the roof with a flight of stairs to take you into it. There is a lift for disabled guest to enter the restaurant.
We were glad we had done this as first of all the food was excellent - a decent amount of choice available to choose form and when we did get our food the portion was pretty big, hence we did not go hungry!! We both had a burger option and they were tasty and served with fries and a side salad.
The waitresses in the restaurant were helpful and friendly - service was quick and we were seated pretty quickly - the second day we used our voucher the restaurant was heaving but, we still got seated fairly quickly.
We looked at the menu and for where it is it could be more expensive but, it is nice to note that if you are paying whilst there the prices aren't as extreme as you'd probably expect them to be.
The decor is the same as all Planet Hollywood restaurants with the usual memorabilia on the walls and the entrance to this particular one is pretty groovy with a red tunnel that is lit up at night that takes you up to the second floor of the restaurant. There is also a bar upstairs where you can get a drink should you need to wait for a table.
Overall it was a pleasant experience with great service, great food and brilliant atmosphere - more so in the evening as the place is busier with photographers coming around too to take pictures if you want them to!
Summary: A good choice if you want to eat outside of the two Disney parks
